FAQ

  1. How are the fees and charges calculated?
    • Registration fee - HKD1,000 per person (about USD128) (no registration fee for children under 15). Registration fee covers the Friday cocktail drinks, the Saturday boat trip and Reunion dinner, and the Sunday BBQ brunch.

    • Partial participation of the reunion is also possible, fees will be charged on a per day basis.

      1. Two-day participation: HKD800
      2. One-day participation: HKD600
    • Private room during the Reunion and extended stay in LPC are subject to extra charges (see details below).

    • Should there be any surplus left from the registration fee, it will be donated to the college.


  2. How about Accommodation?
    • Free accommodation (private room notwithstanding) is sponsored by LPC for any 2 nights between 10 and 12 August 2007.

    • For accommodation before/after the Reunion (available from 6-13 August 2007), charges will be calculated as follows:

      1 person/room (or private room)HKD246
      2 persons/roomHKD139/person
      3 persons/roomHKD118/person
      4 persons/roomHKD86/person

      For example, if 2 persons want to share a room, the charge will be HKD139/person, i.e. HKD278/night for the 2 of them; if 4 people stay in the same room, each will need to pay HKD86; if one person wants a private room, the charge is HKD246 per night.

    • You may choose the room where you and your friends would like to stay in. While the floor rule (i.e. 3/F for guys and 2/F for girls) does not apply during the reunion, the bathroom rule does. Girls staying on 3/F will need to go to the bathroom on 2/F, and guys on 2/F to go to bathroom on 3/F. So pick your room with that in mind.

  3. What about Donation:

    To make this Reunion possible, LPC will provide 2 nights' free accommodation to all graduates and guests attending the Reunion.

    In appreciation of the college's courtesy, we sincerely hope that you would take this opportunity to make a donation to the college. You may include the donation as you complete your payment. Alternatively, you may also donate by going here.

  4. What are the Payment method and Deadline?

    In order for us to better plan the events, we ask that you deposit the amount to us asap, so that we would have a better sense of the budget we have to use. Don't worry though, between now and July 10, should you like to withdraw, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
